Business Credit Officer

The microfinance organization "LendUp", represented in Tbilisi and 3 regions of Georgia, is actively continuing to develop and establish itself as a reliable and innovative company in the microfinance sector.

The main goal of "LendUp" is to support and develop the business activities of customers by offering quick and innovative loan products. Position: Business Credit Officer

Work schedule: Full-time;

Fixed salary: 800-1500 GEL (plus a monthly bonus);

Health insurance.

City: Tbilisi, Kutaisi, Rustavi, and Gori

Main responsibilities of the position:

• Provide/offer/interest existing and potential customers with complete information about the organization's loan products;
• Analyze and evaluate loan applications and customer business;
• Present loan projects to the credit committee and provide recommendations;
• Ensure the procedures necessary for granting a loan;
• Manage the credit portfolio (ensure long-term relationships with customers, monitor payments);
• Work effectively on overdue loans.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in finance, economics, and/or business administration);
• Proficiency in office computer programs;
• 6 months of experience in a similar position

• Communicative and confident;
• Goal-oriented and focused on achieving results;
• Ability to present and transmit information;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Ability to organize work.
