Patient Relations Specialist

Clinic "Raymann" is announcing a vacancy for a Patient Relations Specialist position.

Main functions and responsibilities: - Warmly welcoming patients, communicating with them in a professional and understandable language; - Receiving patients, registering them in the program, and directing them as needed; - Active listening and effective response; - Providing patients with detailed information as needed; - Performing cashier operations: receiving and issuing money, producing relevant documentation, handing over and switching the cash register; - Closing the cash register at the end of the day and producing relevant documentation; - Monitoring and responding to technical issues as needed.

Qualification requirements: - Higher education (will be considered an advantage); - Work experience: experience working in a similar position (will be considered an advantage)

Knowledge, skills: - Knowledge of Georgian and English languages; - Basic knowledge of office programs; - Ability to work in a team and be collegial; - Time management; - Communication skills, punctuality, and organization; - Attention to detail, analytical thinking.

Working conditions: Work schedule: 40-hour work schedule

Work location: Tbilisi, Z. Anjaparidze St. 1, bld. 3 (Saburtalo) Isani, Arthur Laist St. #1 Gldani, M. Nozadze St. #12
