Main responsibilities:
- To assist incoming customers in the shopping center and provide them with information;
- To inform customers about the brands available in the shopping center, including shops, stands, islands, pharmacy, banks, salon, sports hall, cinema, hypermarket / market;
- To have detailed knowledge of the gift cards operating in the shopping center, their conditions (including activation, use, gifting procedure, etc.);
- To assist customers in activating the gift card and replenishing it;
- To receive telephone calls and respond to incoming messages;
- To ensure the continuous functioning of the information space;
- To provide instant information to the security service of the shopping center about the item lost by the customer, including taking care of the item found by the customer / third party and providing information about this item to the head of the security service;
