** Ensuring the plant's energy resources (electricity, water, gas)
** Technical maintenance of energy systems (transformer substation, boiler, water treatment system)
** Managing, developing and motivating the plant's electrical and technical team
** Technical maintenance and repair of energy equipment
** Participating in the installation and commissioning of new equipment
** Initiating, developing and implementing energy efficiency projects aimed at reducing consumption and optimizing costs
Candidate profile:
** Higher education in energy, electrical engineering or technical field
** Work experience in production/industrial sector, preferably in food production
** Knowledge and practical experience in operating medium and high pressure compressors, steam boilers
** Knowledge and experience in operating transformer substations with power above 1000 volts
** Practical experience in implementing energy efficiency projects
** Experience working with water treatment systems
** Ability to work with technical documentation (schemes, drawings)
** Experience in personnel management
** Fluent knowledge of Georgian, English language at B2+ level
** Effective communication skills
