Micro Expert

We are looking for a Micro Expert to join the Adjara regional branch of "Tera Bank".

This vacancy is for you if:

** You have negotiation, critical and analytical thinking skills;

** You are communicative and detail-oriented;

** You can work in a team.

Your responsibilities will include:

** Attracting and servicing clients in the micro segment;

** Processing micro loans, conducting financial analysis, approval, and disbursement;

** Ensuring the implementation of an individual plan, growth and quality of the credit portfolio.

Required knowledge and qualifications:

** Higher education (preferably in banking, finance or economics);

** At least 1 year of experience working with business/agro loans;

** Financial statement analysis/evaluation;

** Basic knowledge of office computer programs (including Excel).
