Main responsibilities:
- Conduct negotiations with potential clients and offer/sell real estate leasing products;
- Find new corporate clients and develop long-term business relationships;
- Organize the process of financing clients with real estate leasing and coordinate the process until the project is issued;
- Effective collaboration with sales and marketing teams;
- Manage the existing client portfolio, including coordination of After-Sales processes;
- Manage overdue payments in the real estate leasing portfolio and work on relevant issues;
- Collaborate with suppliers and develop the sales network;
- Actively participate in the development of new products and business processes;
- Manage other business issues related to clients and projects.
Main requirements:
- Higher education;
- Experience working in MSME lending;
- At least 1 year of experience working in a sales position;
- Experience in the real estate/development sector will be considered a significant advantage;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Ability to speak Georgian fluently;
- Knowledge of English will be considered an advantage.
