"Sharm Trading" is announcing a vacancy for a Trainer position.

Location: Tbilisi Work schedule: Monday-Friday: 09:00-18:00 (Saturday-Sunday off)

Function and responsibilities:

Manage the onboarding and adaptation process for new employees; Prepare, plan, and conduct training sessions for new employees; Organize training sessions for the continuous development of existing employees; Study the company's product range, prepare presentations, and conduct relevant training sessions; Retrain sales team employees in the following areas: sales standards, merchandising principles; practical work with retail outlets and related processes; Prepare, update, and constantly improve training materials; Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and present the data to the manager; Collaborate with managers to identify team development needs and plan relevant training sessions.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education (preferably in psychology or business development); Experience in conducting training sessions or teaching (preferably in sales); Strong communication and presentation skills; Ability to teach and facilitate; Organizational skills and effective time management; Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
