Sales Pre-Sales Operator

LLC "VG" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Sales Pre-Sales Operator.

Location: Tbilisi, Sea District, Avksent Isaakian Street #1

Schedule: Monday - Friday 09:00-18:00

Main function - responsibilities:

** Telephone communication with the company's partner trade objects;

** Receiving, processing and reflecting orders in the system;

** Offering products, introducing new assortment and implementing additional sales;

** Informing customers about current promotions and special offers;

** Constantly updating the customer base;

** Fulfilling sales plans and KPIs;

Qualification requirements

** Higher or professional education (desirable);

** Experience in telephone sales, call center or customer service is desirable;

** Knowledge of MS Office programs;

** Fluent knowledge of the Georgian language

** Experience working in a sales program is desirable.

** Strong communication and negotiation skills;

** Ability to effectively use persuasion and sales techniques;

** Result-oriented;

** Responsibility and organization;

** Ability to work effectively in a stressful environment;

** Teamwork skills.
