B2B Telephone Sales Specialist

Consulting company "GFG Consulting" is announcing a vacancy for the position of B2B Telephone Sales Specialist (Lead Generation & Cold Calling).

We help small and medium-sized businesses manage their accounting, tax obligations, and finances properly.

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented team member who is not just a "dry text reader". Your main task will be to conduct natural, business-like conversations with potential clients, listen to their challenges, and schedule a meeting. We do not require direct sales over the phone - your goal is to spark interest.

What you will do daily:

Establish initial telephone communication with potential clients (business founders, directors) (Cold/Warm Calling); Use the company's developed strategy and conversation scripts to identify business needs; Confirm the client's initial interest and schedule a Zoom or physical meeting with our financial consultants; Accurately record received information, call results, and feedback in the CRM system.

What we require from you:

Experience working in telephone sales (preferably in the B2B direction); Fluent, persuasive speech and business communication skills; Resilience to rejection and the ability to constructively manage objections; Attention to detail and basic ability to work with databases.

Note: Knowledge of financial and accounting terminology will be considered an advantage, but is not necessary. We will fully train you on the specifics of our service.
