The company that wins the tender, within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of signing the agreement, in case of advance payment, will be required to present to the purchaser an acceptable bank/insurance company guarantee - in the amount of the advance amount.
For participation in the tender, interested candidates must submit the following documents through the eTenders.ge electronic system by September 10, 2026, 15:00: - Applicant's requisites: company identification number, e-mail address and contact phone number, copy of the identity document of the responsible person, bank requisites; - Fully completed form containing technical characteristics - Annex #1 must be presented in Excel format. - Prospectus (electronic version) - Signed affidavit in the form of Annex №2; - List of similar equipment supplied by the applicant over the last two years and two purchaser recommendations;
The submitted documentation must be signed by the authorized person of the applicant.
The bidder, at the buyer's request, may be additionally required to present the following documentation: - An extract from the Register of Entrepreneurs and Non-Entrepreneurial (Non-Commercial) Legal Entities about the person's registration (the information preparation date should not be more than 14 days ago); - A certificate from the National Agency of Public Registry that no reorganization or liquidation of the legal person is underway (the information preparation date should not be more than 14 days ago); - A certificate from the National Agency of Public Registry that no public law restrictions are registered on the property of the legal person (the information preparation date should not be more than 7 days ago); - A certificate issued by a banking institution (confirmed with a wet seal and signature) about the company's requisites;
Note: A bidder who has participated in a tender held by LLC "Aversi Clinic" within the last 2 months and has presented the above-mentioned documents is not required to submit the specified documentation again to participate in this tender, except for a list of similar goods supplied by the bidder, recommendations from at least two purchasing parties, an affidavit, Annex #1, and a catalog. This exception does not apply to a bidder whose data has changed during the specified period.
At the buyer's request, at any stage of the tender, bidders may also be required to present other additional documents. Failure to fulfill the requirements set by the tender announcement may be the basis for disqualifying the bidder from the tender.
