Cleaning Staff

Construction and development company "Elt Group" and international company IPM, with over 100 premium class apartments management experience, announces a vacancy for the position of Cleaning Staff (Housekeeper).

Location: Batumi

Working schedule: Flexible 09:00-18:00, 11:00-20:00

Remuneration: 1050 GEL

Main responsibilities:

• During the working shift, cleaning of apartments, corridors and public areas according to the relevant standards;
• Cleaning and tidying up of internal and external spaces of the apart-hotel, including lobby, corridors, stairs, elevators and other common areas;
• Scheduled and/or as-needed cleaning of carpets with special equipment and solutions;
• Cleaning of internal and external windows, glass doors and partitions;
• Use of cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaning machines, floor grinding machines and other relevant devices;
• Immediate notification of any technical problems, hazards or damages to the supervisor;
• Assisting room cleaning staff in delivering or taking away linen if necessary;
• Strict adherence to the internal rules, procedures and safety regulations of the apart-hotel;
• Polite and professional communication with guests and colleagues.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Previous experience in the cleaning field, especially experience working in a hotel, is desirable;
• Good physical condition - ability to lift or move heavy objects, physical ability to stand for a long time.
• Flexible working schedule - readiness to work on weekends, holidays or in shifts;
