"Episode Food Holding" is announcing a vacancy for a Waiter position for candidates living in Kutaisi.

This vacancy has a unique work format - the employee will work in both Kutaisi and Batumi. During the period of work in Batumi, the company will fully provide accommodation and twice-a-day meals.

We are looking for people who like the hospitality industry, have a high sense of responsibility, and want to work in a stable environment and develop professionally.

Work format

• 2 weeks - "Kutaisi House", Kutaisi
• 2 weeks - "Batumi House", Batumi

During the work period in Batumi, the company will provide: * Accommodation * Twice-a-day meals

Work schedule * 5 working days a week * 2 days off a week * Working hours: 12:00 - 00:00

Remuneration: * Fixed salary - 1,500 GEL * Bonus * Tip / tea

Main responsibilities * Warm and professional service to guests; * Good knowledge of the menu and correct offering of dishes and drinks to guests; * Accurate receipt of orders and fixation in the corresponding system; * Compliance with standards of serving dishes and drinks; * Attention to guests' needs throughout the visit; * Control over the order and service process; * Verification of guests' satisfaction; * Timely response and informing the manager in case of a problem or dissatisfaction; * Arrangement of the workspace and compliance with cleanliness standards; * Coordinated work with the team; * Compliance with the company's service and hospitality standards.

Who are we looking for? * For us, it is important that the candidate is responsible, organized, energetic, communicative, and guest-oriented. * Experience in the restaurant industry is an advantage, but if the candidate has a desire to study, the right attitude, and high motivation, we are ready to consider a candidate with less experience. * Important: the candidate must live in Kutaisi and be acceptable to work in Batumi for 2 weeks every month.
