Dispatcher

Courier and logistics company "Easy Way" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Dispatcher.

Remuneration: 1200 GEL per month;

Work schedule: Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00, weekends are days off;

Location: Tbilisi, D. Guramishvili Avenue 64

Main responsibilities:

• Record and distribute various types of shipments in accordance with the existing rules;

• Monitoring the process of picking up and storing parcels from addressees;

• Providing software for address delivery to the courier service;

• Monthly reporting;

• Monitoring the process of parcel sticking/labeling;

• Tracking comments on shipment codes/statuses and immediate response in case of problem detection;

• Constant communication with the operational department;

• Constant communication with couriers.

Qualification requirements:

• Knowledge of computer programs;

• Thorough knowledge of Tbilisi streets;

• Knowledge of foreign languages will be considered an advantage.

• Ability to work individually and as a team;

• Customer and service oriented
