Additional Information:

** Full-time work schedule

Main duties and responsibilities:

** Meticulous execution of all orders according to recipes;

** Active participation in creating new recipes;

** Compliance with hygiene standards and HACCP system;

** Adherence to inventory and tool consumption rules;

** Ensuring labor safety standards at the workplace;

** Procurement of all necessary ingredients for dish preparation;

** Ensuring smooth kitchen operation, together with other kitchen staff;

** Description and implementation of inventory orders;

** Execution of Head Chef's tasks;

** Monitoring of kitchen equipment.

Requirements and necessary skills:

** Experience working in a similar position;

** Professional education in the field of beverages and nutrition (will be considered an advantage);

** Ability to work in a busy work environment;

** Sense of responsibility;

** Teamwork skills.
