Main functions/responsibilities:
Analysis of customer requests and offering relevant products, ensuring delivery; Identifying customer needs; Effective communication with customers (meetings, presentations, etc.); Agreeing on contract terms with customers; Finding new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones; Ensuring long-term relationships are maintained; Studying product visuals, qualitative characteristics, and target segments; Correctly positioning products in a specific market segment; Offering new products to clients; Fulfilling sales plans; Coordinating after-sales service; Promoting sales growth; Market research and information collection; Drafting contracts with management and controlling payment terms; Meeting KPI parameters at a minimum of 70%; Working in CRM software.
Qualification requirements:
