Senior Specialist

The National Scientific Library of TSU announces a vacancy for the position of Senior Specialist in the Department of Customer Attraction and Service Development.

Location: Tbilisi Work Schedule: Full-time Salary: 1,205 GEL (accrued, income tax deducted)

Main Functions and Responsibilities - Constantly developing channels for attracting readers in target segments; - Searching for competing libraries and best practices, and analyzing their services; - Developing methods of feedback and communication channels with target segments; - Constantly gathering information about services and collections desired by customers; - Generating ideas for adding new services and refining existing ones based on customer needs and best practices; - Defining the library's brand characteristics and communicating them to employees; - Recording ideas for brand development; - Timely detection of information harmful to the brand and presenting it to management; - Performing other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of competence.

Qualification Requirements - Bachelor's degree; - At least 1 year of experience working in a similar field.

Language Skills - Georgian - state language; - English - B1 level.
