Registration Supervisor

"Hotel Burki Castle & Cellar" is announcing a vacancy for a Registration Supervisor.

Main responsibilities:

** Managing and training subordinate employees;

** Creating schedules for the registration department;

** Checking the list of guests and their requests every morning;

** Checking the information left in the program at the beginning of each shift;

** Arranging the list of room cleaning times;

** Polite meeting with guests. Carrying out the registration procedure in accordance with all rules;

** Entering existing and additional information about guests into the program;

** Ensuring confidentiality of information about guests;

** Ensuring timely closure of accounts by guests;

** Generating reports on departing guests;

** In case of receiving a complaint from a guest, finding ways to resolve it and checking the status of problem resolution in the shortest possible time;

** Providing information to guests about city attractions;

** Ensuring guest arrival and departure, at the hotel and outside.

Required skills:

** Ability to handle stressful situations;

** Ability to effectively manage a team;

** Experience working in a similar position;

** Knowledge of Georgian, English languages;

** Communication skills;

** Sense of responsibility;

** Teamwork skills;

** Attention to detail.
