Main duties and responsibilities:

** Thorough execution of all orders in accordance with recipes;

** Active participation in creating new recipes;

** Compliance with hygiene standards and HACCP system;

** Compliance with inventory and tool usage rules;

** Observance of labor safety standards at the workplace;

** Providing all necessary ingredients for preparing dishes;

** Ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen, together with other kitchen staff;

** Description and implementation of inventory orders;

** Execution of head chef's tasks;

** Monitoring of kitchen equipment and appliances.

Requirements and necessary skills:

** Experience working in a similar position;

** Professional education in the field of beverages and food (will be considered an advantage);

** Ability to work in a busy work environment;

** Sense of responsibility;

** Teamwork skills.
