"Pab Investi" is announcing a vacancy for a Hard Collection Specialist position in Tbilisi.

Working schedule and remuneration:

** Monday to Friday, 09:30-18:30 ** Salary + bonus.

Main functions:

** Management and analysis of overdue credit obligations; ** Providing telephone consultations to customers; ** Offering the best conditions to customers to repay their obligations and assisting in rehabilitating their financial situation; ** Formalizing restructuring and settlement agreements with customers and controlling payments;

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education is desirable; ** Basic knowledge of office programs (Microsoft Word, Excel); ** Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage;

Personal and other skills:

** Effective negotiation skills; ** Ability to work independently; ** High sense of responsibility; ** Communication skills; ** Attention to detail; ** Ability to work in stressful situations; ** Teamwork skills;
