Bar Supervisor

Tourinvest Group is announcing a vacancy for the position of Bar Supervisor at the restaurant "Argo" located on the cable car.

Main responsibilities: - Managing the bar team - organizing the work process of employees, compiling work schedules and shifts, and controlling their execution; - Ensuring bar standards - controlling the preparation of drinks and cocktails according to approved recipes and technological standards; - Inventory and stock control - monitoring bar balances, ordering necessary products in a timely manner, and efficiently managing stocks; - Controlling write-offs and losses - identifying and reducing excessive write-offs, losses, and irrational use of products, and taking corresponding measures; - Ensuring HACCP and food safety standards - daily control of product storage, labeling, expiration dates, hygiene, and sanitary norms; - Training and development of employees - adapting, training, and professional development of new employees, as well as developing the knowledge and skills of the existing team; - Ensuring team and professional work - creating an effective work environment in the bar, proper communication among employees, discipline, and high professional standards. - Ensuring team and professional work - creating an effective work environment in the bar, proper communication among employees, discipline, and high professional standards.

Main requirements: - Higher education; - Experience working in a similar position; - Perfect knowledge of English, (knowledge of any additional language will be considered an advantage)

Personal qualities: - Customer orientation; - Attention to detail; - Punctuality and responsibility; - Ability to manage and lead a team;
