The construction and renovation materials hypermarket network "Gorgia" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Category Sales Manager in the Distribution Department (Tools) in Tbilisi.

I, Giorgi Revishvili, Head of Distribution, have been working at Gorgia since 2019, and I am announcing a vacancy for the position of Category Sales Manager in Distribution. During the probationary period, I will teach the selected candidate: sales specifics, communication with customers, the ability to focus on products in a specific category, and various details related to this product, introduction to competitors / market analysis. I will help develop the following skills: analysis and planning skills, teamwork skills, correct planning of offers, and compilation of a category development plan.

Function-responsibilities: - Planning, offering, and monitoring sales of products in the category; - Development of brands included in the category, development of a quarterly development plan, increasing awareness; - Analysis of the market and competitors, development of a strategy for attracting new partners, control of existing objects; - Coordination of orders and stocks; - Analysis and optimization of sales results and assortment.

Basic qualification requirements: - Higher education; - At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in distribution; - Knowledge of MS Office programs; - A driver's license and a personal car are required;
