Workplace: Tbilisi, Krdzanisi 1st lane 2b

Work schedule: Full-time: Monday - Friday 09:00-18:00 (1 hour break)

Remuneration: 3,000 - 4,000 GEL (NET), depending on qualifications and experience

Main responsibilities:

** Ensuring the company's daily legal activities

** Preparation, legal analysis, and agreement of construction, service, procurement, subcontractor, supplier, customer, and other types of contracts

** Assessment and prevention of legal risks during contract execution

** Communication with state agencies, municipalities, public registry, architecture, and other administrative bodies

** Monitoring legislation related to construction and development activities and preparing relevant recommendations for the company

** Protection of the company's interests in court, arbitration, and administrative bodies

** Preparation of claims, demands, legal conclusions, and official correspondence

** Management of corporate documentation and legal support for companies

** Participation in the development of the company's internal policies and procedures

** Providing legal consultations for various departments

Qualification requirements:

** Higher legal education

** At least 3 years of experience as a lawyer (experience in construction, development, or infrastructure will be considered an advantage)

** High-level knowledge of civil, administrative, labor, and corporate law

** Experience in preparing contracts and conducting successful negotiations

** High-level knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel)

** Knowledge of English (desirable)
