"Azrovnis Akademia" is announcing a competition for the position of Teaching Assistant.

Responsibilities:

Actively participate in creating a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment for students; Help students use their free time productively and purposefully, considering their interests and needs; Support students in organizing their daily routine, time management, and daily activities; Assist students in completing homework independently and provide academic support on a peer-to-peer basis when needed; Encourage students to participate in club activities, cognitive, sports, and other school events; Contribute to creating a collaborative, friendly, and supportive environment in the classroom; Provide support to develop students' independence, responsibility, and self-organization skills; Monitor and report on students' academic and personal development; Communicate effectively and professionally with teachers and parents about students' needs, engagement, and progress; Collaborate with teachers to effectively manage the learning process and consider individual student needs; Work with parents to support students' academic, social, and emotional development; Adhere to school regulations, ethics standards, and confidentiality principles.

Requirements:

Higher education in Education, Psychology, Humanities, or related fields (preferred); Experience working in a school environment or with children/adolescents (preferred); Fluency in Georgian; Basic knowledge of office and educational technologies; Interest in and readiness to learn about the school environment, learning process, and student development; Understanding of professional ethics and confidentiality principles.

** Empathy, patience, and attentive attitude;

** Ability to correctly perceive and respond to students' needs;

** High sense of responsibility and conscientious attitude towards work;

** Organizational skills and time management;

** Ability to work in a team and collaborate;

** Ability to manage conflict or difficult situations calmly and constructively;

** Initiative and problem-solving approach.

** Work schedule: 14:00-17:00

** Working days: Monday to Friday

** Salary: Determined according to experience and qualifications
