"Finbureau" is announcing a vacancy for a Customer Support Specialist position.

Working hours: Monday - Friday: 10:00 - 18:00; Saturday: 10:00 - 13:00 (one Saturday per month is a working day) Location: Tbilisi Remuneration: 1500 GEL. The vacancy is temporary - to replace a person on maternity leave.

Job description: - Receiving incoming calls (and making outgoing calls as needed) and communicating with customers; - Timely and complete communication with emails and Facebook messages; - Other tasks and responsibilities as required.

Qualification requirements: - Higher education; - Experience working in a similar position; - Knowledge of office computer programs (MS Word; MS Excel; MS Outlook); - Knowledge of English and Russian languages is desirable;

Competencies and skills: - Sense of responsibility; - Attention to detail; - Ability to use work time optimally; - Ability to work in a team; - Clear and refined speech;
