Company "Zodi" announces a vacancy for the position of Showroom Manager

Workplace: Tbilisi, Nonagafrindashvili 11 Remuneration: 2500 GEL + bonus (average 3500-4000) Working days: 5 working days, 40 hours per week.

Main functions and responsibilities: Ensuring the smooth operation of the showroom, involvement and management in daily processes; Effective presentation of products and improvement of the visual side of the branch; Correct planning and organization of product movement in the showroom. Monitoring stock levels and initiating orders as needed Control of the sales process and ensuring the fulfillment of sales plans; Management, coordination, and motivation of showroom employees; Interaction with customers, analysis of their needs, and development of relationships; Periodic participation in customer satisfaction surveys and constant care for improving service standards; Participation and control in the process of closing the cash desk at the end of the day and/or other financial operations. Participation in the process of receiving and accounting for products; Periodic description of the branch and comparison of the existing quantity with the program balance; Protection and control of the company's internal procedures; Protection and constant monitoring of labor safety standards; Reporting to the direct supervisor.

Basic requirements: Higher education, preferably in business administration; At least 2 years of experience in a similar position; Experience working in the construction industry will be considered an advantage; Knowledge of office programs; Experience working with the program "ბალანსში" or "1C" is desirable; Knowledge of foreign languages at a conversational level is desirable.

Personal qualities: Developed written and verbal communication skills; Organizational skills; Ability to manage time effectively; Attention to detail; Team management skills.
