The auto-importer company "Indigo Cars" announces a vacancy for a Marketing Specialist position in the international markets direction in Tbilisi.

Work schedule and compensation:

** Work format: onsite;

** Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00;

** Compensation: salary + bonus based on experience and qualifications;

Key functions:

** International marketing planning: planning marketing strategies and activities for international markets together with the CMO;

** Market and competitor analysis: studying target markets, customer behavior, and competitor activities, preparing findings and recommendations;

** International social media: managing international pages, creating and controlling monthly content calendars tailored to specific markets;

** Content creation & AI tools: preparing/adapting post texts, ad copy, and video scenarios using AI tools (Generative AI);

** Working with external partners: preparing briefs for advertising agencies, controlling campaign quality, deadlines, and results;

** Coordination with internal team: collaborating with local content/SMM specialists, videographers, and internal teams to create international materials;

** Influencer marketing: communicating and coordinating with international influencers, creators, and partners as needed;

** Digital campaigns & analytics: monitoring digital advertising campaigns, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and preparing periodic reports.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education (a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or PR will be considered an advantage)

** Experience: at least 2 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing;

** SMM & Content: experience in managing social media, compiling a content calendar, and adapting texts for different audiences;

** Market Research: ability to analyze the market, competitors, and draw conclusions based on the data obtained;

** AI Tools: practical knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney/DALL-E, etc.) for content creation and process optimization;

** Working with Agencies: experience in effective collaboration with advertising agencies and external contractors, and briefing;

** Language Skills:

• Georgian - fluent;
• English - B2 level (fluent communication);
• Russian - B2 level (fluent communication);

Will be considered an advantage:

** Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4); ** Experience in creating content or localization for international markets; ** Experience in collaborating with international influencers; ** Experience working in the automotive, transportation, or import sectors.
