Spa Manager

Tbilisi Balneological Resort is announcing a vacancy for the position of Spa Manager

Work location: Tbilisi Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 11:00 to 19:00 Remuneration: 800 GEL per month, plus a bonus

Key responsibilities: - Management of the spa center's daily operations; - Direct communication with customers; - Development of spa service standards and constant monitoring of their implementation; - Composition and control of necessary materials and inventory for the spa center - Timely preparation of applications when necessary; - Constant monitoring of the spa center's equipment and ensuring its uninterrupted operation; - Searching for, connecting with, and meeting with tourist companies; - Responding to incoming calls when necessary; - Recording patients for procedures when necessary; - Management of spa center staff and ensuring effective service;

Qualification requirements: - At least 6 months of experience in similar roles; - Knowledge of English and Russian languages; - Computer office software skills; - Analytical thinking skills;
