The SOLO Lifestyle service of Bank of Georgia is announcing a vacancy for the position of Junior Concierge.

Main responsibilities: - Providing telephone customer service;

• Consulting customers via email and other communication channels;

• Ensuring customer-oriented, high-quality service;

• Quick response to Lifestyle-related requests in telephone mode (interacting with contractor companies):

• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers;

• Identifying customer needs, clarifying/processing received information, offering problem-solving ways/alternatives;

• Supporting the team on various issues

• Achieving set personal and team qualitative and quantitative goals.

Education: Final year student / Higher education

Work experience:

Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in a hotel, tourist agency, and/or as a personal assistant. Also, experience working in sales; experience in the field of partner relations;

Mandatory knowledge, skills:

• Customer orientation;

• Knowledge of office programs;

• Perfect command of English;

• Academic writing skills;

• Communication and teamwork skills;

• Ability to effectively distribute and manage work time.
