Sales Executive

"Elt Group" and international company IPM, with over 100 premium class apartments management experience, is announcing a vacancy for a Sales Executive position.

Work conditions:

** Full-time position (40 hours per week)

** 2 days of rest per week

** Location: Batumi

** Salary: 1500-2000 GEL + bonus (depending on experience)

Main responsibilities:

** Finding and attracting new corporate clients, tourist agencies, and business partners;

** Active communication with potential and existing clients and organizing meetings;

** Active sales of hotel rooms, services, and offers;

** Attracting corporate, group, and tourist bookings;

** Finding new sales channels and business opportunities;

** Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients and partners;

** Preparing commercial offers and conducting negotiations with clients;

** Organizing hotel site inspections, presentations, and B2B meetings;

** Monitoring market and competitors' offers;

** Effective management of the sales process and constant follow-up with potential clients;

** Regular reporting of sales-related information and results;

** Performing other relevant tasks in accordance with the company's commercial goals.

Requirements and necessary skills:

** Higher education in Hospitality or other business fields.

** Proficiency in Georgian and English languages. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.

** Ability to use computer programs and CRM systems.

** 1-year experience in an international hotel chain is desirable;

** Technical knowledge and competence in required systems and programs: 1C, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.

** Time management skills and ability to work effectively in stressful situations;

** Communication and teamwork skills;

** Sense of responsibility;

** Attention to detail.
