At this stage, we are looking for a Cost Estimation Specialist to join our team, who will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for renovation projects.
Key responsibilities - Preparing detailed cost estimates for renovation projects; - Calculating work volumes based on project documentation; - Determining the quantities of construction and renovation materials; - Finding and comparing prices of works and materials; - Compiling the project budget and detailing costs; - Calculating the cost of various types of construction and renovation works; - Monitoring market prices of materials, works, and services; - Comparing prices of suppliers and materials; - Reflecting changes in the project budget and additional works; - Adjusting the cost estimate in accordance with changes in the project; - Determining the required volumes based on project documentation, drawings, and specifications; - Communicating with designers, project representatives, and other stakeholders; - Working on several projects in parallel. - Communicating with sales managers on site and, if necessary, with clients. - Preparing cost estimates based on the provided information
Qualification requirements - At least 3 years of experience in cost estimation; - Knowledge of the specifics of construction and renovation works; - Good knowledge of construction materials and renovation works; - Ability to read drawings and project documentation; - Good knowledge of Excel; - Attention to detail and high accuracy; - Analytical and mathematical thinking; - High sense of responsibility; - Ability to manage time effectively; - Ability to work on several projects in parallel; - Good teamworking and communication skills. - B category driver's license - Own vehicle - Knowledge of Archicad will be considered an advantage.
