Junior Balance Control Specialist

The tourist company "Rustar Online" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Junior Balance Control Specialist in the Financial Department.

Responsibilities:

Relationship with debtors arising from the company's activities, which includes the following issues:

** Checking/controlling emails and chats;

** Checking and controlling accounts receivable, forwarding emails to companies;

** Verifying invoices with reservation managers if necessary;

** Generating and controlling reports.

Requirements:

** Higher education (in finance);

** Intermediate knowledge of English or Russian (candidates with knowledge of both languages will be given preference);

** Work experience is not required; you will learn the job onsite;

** Knowledge of computer office programs (MS Office; candidates with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel will be given preference);

** Communicative and active.

Additional Information:

** Full-time work schedule, 5 working days a week - 2 days off (flexible schedule, possible to adjust for students);

** Salary: 1000 GEL

** Candidate selection will be based on interviews
