Legal Counsel

The company is announcing a vacancy for the position of Legal Counsel, who will be responsible for providing ongoing legal support to the company, managing commercial and international contracts, and assessing legal risks related to business processes.

Job Conditions:

** Location: Tbilisi, Saburtalo ** Work Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:00

Key Responsibilities:

** Preparing, reviewing, and providing legal assessments for commercial, Retail, and Distribution contracts related to the company's activities;

** Preparing, reviewing, and participating in the negotiation process for international contracts;

** Providing legal support for contracts to be concluded with suppliers, distributors, retail chains, partners, and other counterparty;

** Controlling the compliance of contract terms with the company's interests and applicable legislation;

** Providing ongoing legal consultations and support to various departments;

** Studying legal issues related to the company's business processes and preparing relevant recommendations;

** Supporting legal issues related to Export/Re-export processes;

** Communicating with international brand representatives and partners on legal issues and coordinating relevant documentation.

** Preparing official letters, statements, requests, and other legal documents;

** Monitoring legislative changes related to the company's activities;

** Identifying legal risks and preparing recommendations to mitigate them;

** Protecting the company's interests when interacting with third parties and relevant government/administrative bodies.

Qualification Requirements:

** Higher legal education;

** At least 3 years of work experience in this position;

** High-level knowledge of English and Russian languages;

** Experience working with Retail and Distribution contracts;

** Experience working with international brands or foreign partners.

** Practical experience working with international contracts;

** Good knowledge of commercial and contract law;

** Desirable: practical experience with Export/Re-export processes.
