Parcel Sorting Specialist

Golden Way Logistics announces a vacancy for a Parcel Sorting Specialist position.

About the company: We are a dynamic logistics company. We are looking for a flexible and energetic team member for the parcel sorting position in the warehouse.

Main responsibilities: Depending on the company's daily needs, your responsibilities will be distributed between the warehouse and office: - Warehouse operations: receiving, sorting and issuing parcels to customers; - Returned parcel management: receiving returned shipments, system accounting and further processing; - System correction: identifying incorrectly marked / addressed zones and correcting them in the database; - Problematic parcel resolution: timely search for stuck or problematic shipments and resolution of internal operational issues; - Courier support and dispatch: constant communication with couriers and, if necessary, active involvement in the process of removing / issuing parcels from the company's warehouse; - Current office tasks: performance of administrative and office tasks, depending on the workload.

Requirements: - Proficiency in computer programs (especially Excel) at a working level (for entering data into the database); - Knowledge of English (will be considered an advantage); - Experience in the logistics field, in a warehouse or working with databases will be considered an advantage.

Personal qualities (what we value most): - Maximum multifunctionality and flexibility: readiness to combine work in the warehouse and office / system work with a computer during the day; - Attention to detail and accuracy (especially when adjusting and accounting for zones); - Ability to work in a stressful and rapidly changing environment and make quick decisions; - Good communication skills (for working with couriers and the team).

Terms, schedule and location: - Work schedule: 6 working days a week (40 hours a week); - Work location: 33a Kakheti Highway; - Salary: 1500 GEL
