Company "Assorti" announces a vacancy for the position of Sales Operator.

Workplace: Tbilisi, St. Vasisklos 12. Work schedule: 5 days a week, from 12:00 to 21:00. Remuneration: 1000 GEL + bonus

Main functions:

** Planning retail sales, executing the plan, and timely responding to challenges. Informing the immediate supervisor in case of challenges; ** Managing and updating the VIP retail customer base (CRM); ** Producing high-quality interactions with customers and ensuring their satisfaction; ** Ensuring the high efficiency of the order receipt, processing, and delivery process; ** Constant optimization of retail sales processes; ** Managing retail sales-related documentation.

Qualification requirements:

** At least 2 years of experience working in sales; ** English language proficiency at B2 level; ** Knowledge of office programs (MC Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)).

Personal characteristics:

** Operativeness; ** Ability to negotiate; ** Effective verbal communication skills; ** Attention to detail; ** Responsibility.
