Job description:
** Planning and optimizing the daily activities, work routes, and schedules of the merchandiser team; ** Participating in the selection of new employees, their training, and adaptation to the work process; ** Determining and monitoring the team's KPIs (visit frequency, shelf visibility, compliance with standards); ** Regular field visits to retail outlets to monitor the quality of merchandisers' work; ** Preventing product depletion at the counter and periodic control of warehouse/counter balances; ** Managing and monitoring the merchandising application; ** Setting weekly and monthly plans/targets, preparing reports on a weekly basis.
Requirements:
** Higher education (in business administration, marketing, or management) is preferred; ** At least 1-2 years of work experience in the position of merchandiser, supervisor, or team leader (experience working in the FMCG sector will be considered an advantage); ** Effective communication and negotiation skills are important; ** Ability to work independently and manage time effectively; ** Good knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Excel); experience working with field management programs will be considered an advantage.
