Our offer and working conditions:

** Salary: 1500 GEL

** Work schedule: Full-time; Mon-Fri 10:00-18:00 (1 hour break)

** Work format: Onsite; Tbilisi, Luarsab Andronikashvili 3

Your main responsibilities will be:

** Responding to customer calls and messages with high service standards

** Patient registration and coordination of relevant medical brigades

** Providing information to customers about company services

** Accurate recording of information in the database

** Operational and professional management of customer dissatisfaction or problems;

** Performing other functions defined by instructions.

** Effective communication with other company departments to exchange information and quickly resolve problems

It is necessary that:

** You have a good command of English

** You have a medium level of proficiency in office programs

We will be glad if:

** You have a conversational level of Russian

** You have experience working in customer service or a call center

** You have a higher education in a medical field or are a medical student
