"Georgia Clinics" is announcing a vacancy for a Senior Nurse in the Pediatric Anesthesia and Critical Care Medicine (PICU) department in Tbilisi.

Work location: I. Tsitsishvili Children's Clinic, Tbilisi, Ljubljana 21;

Work schedule and department: 8-hour work schedule;

Main responsibilities:

Monitoring the implementation of nursing protocols, policies, and rules provided by the head office on a clinic-wide scale; Managing/ monitoring the implementation of infection control and epidemiological surveillance guidelines and protocols; Ensuring compliance with sanitary norms, including managing sterilization, decontamination, disinfection, and waste disposal processes; Controlling infectious waste in the medical institution (managing waste sorting, placing hazardous waste in a holding room, and weighing processes with established periodicity), ensuring the removal of hazardous waste from the medical institution, and uploading data to the portal; Communicating with the relevant outsourcing company to resolve issues related to waste removal, and informing the relevant structural unit of the head office if necessary; Monitoring the proper functioning of medical equipment available in the clinic; Initiating requests for medical equipment (in case of need for new or repair of existing equipment) with the direct supervisor; Training new employees and assisting in adapting to the work environment; Providing recommendations for assessing the performance of subordinate employees during the probationary period for the Clinic's General Manager and head office; Constantly caring for the development and motivation of subordinate employees; Ensuring that subordinate employees comply with the company's internal regulations - corporate guidelines, policies, guidelines, instructions, and other mandatory documents; Analyzing identified gaps in the process and initiating changes/submitting recommendations to the direct supervisor to improve the process; Wearing medical personnel uniform while performing work; Preparing reports on performed work if requested by the direct supervisor; Performing various tasks assigned by the direct supervisor that are directly or indirectly related to their activities.

Job requirements:

Specialized secondary education: nursing or higher medical education; At least 2 years of experience working as a senior nurse in a critical care unit; High sense of responsibility; Organizational skills, discipline.

The obtained information is stored with the employer for no more than 3 (three) years, and in the case of any disputed issues that may be related to the candidate or the obtained information, until the relevant dispute is resolved. In addition, in the case of disputed circumstances, the employer is entitled to transfer the obtained information to the relevant competent authorities. Also, the data sent by the candidate may not be considered for this vacancy and may be reserved for another relevant vacancy.
