Job Description About the position We are looking for an Information Security Analyst who will be involved in the organization's information security governance, access control, risk management, security assessment, and compliance management processes. The position is designed for both Junior and Middle-level candidates. The scope of responsibilities and the level of independence will be determined according to the candidate's experience and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities - Involvement in business and technological projects in the field of information security and determination of security requirements - Participation in the assessment of the security of information systems, processes, and new technological solutions - Identification, assessment, documentation of information security risks, and monitoring of measures to mitigate them - Periodic assessment of the effectiveness of security controls and preparation of relevant reports - Participation in the management of information security exceptions and processes - Participation in the monitoring and assessment of access management and other security controls - Participation in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and other security assessments, and monitoring the correction of identified issues - Assessment of compliance with information security policies, standards, and procedures - Participation in the coordination of information security issues related to internal and external audits and the fulfillment of requirements - Participation in the development and implementation of information security awareness programs - Involvement in the information security incident management process as needed

Qualifications - Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant fields will be considered an advantage. - Relevant practical experience or strong technical knowledge may be considered as an alternative to formal education. - Languages: English - very good (written and verbal communication)

Experience: For Junior candidate: - Basic knowledge of information security and/or technological areas - Internship, personal projects, training courses, participation in CTFs or other practical experience will be considered an advantage.

For Middle level candidate: - Practical work experience in information security, IT risk, IT audit, IT infrastructure, software development or other similar fields - Experience working with information security risk, controls or security assessment processes will be considered a significant advantage

Professional knowledge: The candidate is expected to have: - Knowledge of basic principles of information security, including Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability - Knowledge of basic architectural components of information technologies - networks, operating systems, servers, databases, web and mobile applications, Cloud infrastructure/platforms/services - Knowledge of the purpose of basic information security controls and technologies, including: - Identity & Access Management - Privileged Access Management - Endpoint Security / EDR - SIEM & Security Monitoring - Data Loss Prevention - Vulnerability Management - Network Security - Application Security - Knowledge of international information security standards and frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, PCI DSS, COBIT will be considered an advantage - Knowledge of basic approaches to information security risk assessment - Ability to independently search and analyze technical documentation, standards and other professional resources

Personal and professional skills: - Strong analytical and critical thinking - Ability to quickly understand information, structure it and draw conclusions - Ability to independently study a problem and find possible solutions - Initiative and high motivation for learning - Attention to detail - Ability to effectively manage multiple parallel tasks and priorities - Ability to take responsibility and work independently - Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams. - Willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies
