LLC "United Water Supply Company of Georgia" announces a selection of candidates for the position of Accountant in the Accounting Department.

Work location: Tbilisi, Anna Politkovskaya str. #5 and #7

Working hours: Full-time

Remuneration: 2920 - 3360 GEL (Gross)

Job duties and responsibilities:

** Implementation of non-cash financial operations/transactions in the state treasury electronic service system (etreasury.ge) based on primary documents of assets/work/services and other expenses purchased by LLC "United Water Supply Company of Georgia".

** Registration of remuneration and other payments to employees of LLC "United Water Supply Company of Georgia" in the state treasury electronic service system (etreasury.ge); registration of staff lists, liabilities and transfers, use of the payroll module and generation of electronic reports.

** Registration and settlement of primary documents of travel expenses of employees of LLC "United Water Supply Company of Georgia" in accordance with Georgian legislation, in the state treasury electronic service system (etreasury.ge); processing of advance payments and verification documents according to incoming orders.

** Control of deadlines for transferred amounts as advances and verification of advance requests in the treasury electronic service system (etreasury.ge) in accordance with the presented documentation.

** Performance of other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor within the competence.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education in Business Administration, Finance or Economics;

** At least 3 years of experience in finance/accounting in a public or private institution is desirable.

** Knowledge of English and Russian languages is desirable.

Computer programs:

** Microsoft Office Word - good;

** Microsoft Office Excel - very good;

** eTreasury - good.

** Attention to detail and accuracy;

** Ability to react quickly and efficiently to tasks;

** Effective time management skills;

** Discipline and adherence to instructions and procedures;
