Plant Manager

"Rendertech Georgia" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Plant Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

** Planning, organizing, and controlling the daily activities of the plant;

** Managing the processes of collecting, receiving, sorting, and processing animal fats;

** Controlling the efficiency and quality of production processes;

** Organizing the work process of employees, distributing tasks, and controlling their execution;

** Controlling the movement of raw materials and finished products;

** Planning production supplies, necessary materials, and resources;

** Controlling the proper functioning of technical and production processes;

** Organizing the process of preparing products for export;

** Controlling packaging, storage, and loading processes;

** Coordination in logistics and transportation processes;

** Controlling the production of necessary documentation and reporting;

** Timely identification of problematic issues and making relevant decisions;

** Regular reporting to management on the plant's work, results, and needs.

Qualification Requirements:

** Experience working in a managerial position;

** Experience in managing a plant/production will be considered an advantage;

** Ability to manage employees and organize work processes;

** High sense of responsibility and organization;

** Ability to make timely decisions and solve problems;

** Good skills in controlling and planning operational processes;

** Basic knowledge of computer programs;

** Category B driving license will be considered an advantage;

** Experience in the relevant field will be considered a significant advantage.
