IT Technical Support Specialist

Company LLC "Metro Service+" was founded in 2006 and was the first to introduce a card-based payment system for travel fares in Georgia, both in municipal transport and cable car systems.

LLC "Metro Service+" is announcing a vacancy for the position of IT Technical Support Specialist.

Work location: Tbilisi, A. Beliashvili st. N106 Work schedule: Full-time

Main functions and responsibilities:

** To provide IT support to the organization's employees;

** To ensure the proper functioning of personal computers and laptops;

** Installation, configuration and update of operating systems and user software;

** Installation, configuration and technical support of printers, scanners and other peripheral devices;

** Participation in the process of arranging and setting up the network infrastructure in the organization's cash desks;

** Escalation of complex technical problems to the relevant IT team/specialist if necessary;

Qualification requirements:

** Higher/professional education in IT;

** At least 1 year of experience in the field of information technology;

** Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems;

** Ability to diagnose and eliminate technical problems of computer equipment (Hardware) and peripheral devices;

** Experience in installing, configuring and updating software;

** Basic knowledge of network technologies: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN;

** B category driving license is mandatory.
