The company is announcing a vacancy for a Legal Advisor position in the Sales Office.

Workplace - Tbilisi, Noe Ramishvili St. 30 Working hours - 09:00 to 18:00 Remuneration - to be agreed (based on qualifications)

Key Responsibilities: - Preparation of legal documentation (contracts, agreements, etc.); - Ensuring the mutual signing of prepared documents, monitoring the return of signed copies, and archiving them; - Providing consultations on legal issues; - Drafting contracts and other documentation and ensuring their compliance with legislation;

Personal Skills: - Effective communication skills; - High sense of responsibility; - Punctuality; - Ability to manage time effectively; - Ability to interact with customers; - Tact, politeness, and positive attitude; - Logical and analytical thinking; - Detail-oriented; - Ability to work individually and as part of a team;

Mandatory Qualification Requirements: - In-depth knowledge of civil and administrative legislation; - Higher education (law) with specialization in civil and administrative law; - At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position in the sales field (experience in the construction sector will be considered an advantage); - Knowledge of the Georgian language is mandatory; foreign languages: English and Russian at a high professional and conversational level; - Knowledge of office programs;
