Job conditions:

Job title: Application Support Specialist. Work schedule: Variable, flexible schedule (hybrid mode) Office address: Tbilisi, Vaja-Pshavela Avenue.

Main functions:

** Receiving and analyzing problems reported by bank clients and internal users through call center and other communication channels; ** Detailed examination of technical issues recorded in a real environment and identifying their root causes; ** Analyzing data using MS SQL Server and correcting data if necessary; ** Resolving problems or implementing temporary technical workarounds within the company's internal standards and authorities; ** Executing SQL queries for data analysis and correction; ** Collaborating with IT administrators, software development teams, vendors, and other technical groups to resolve problems timely and effectively; ** Complete documentation of problems, analysis, and solutions in relevant systems; ** Providing regular technical feedback to software development and product teams to improve applications;

Requirements:

** Higher education in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (preferred);

** Experience working in an applications support position;

** Practical experience working with systems based on Microsoft SQL Server;

** Ability to analyze technical problems and find effective solutions;

** Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with technical teams;

** Experience in producing technical documentation and using support tools;

** Knowledge of IT service management principles;

** Knowledge of English and Georgian languages (mandatory).

Skills:

** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

** Effective communication skills with various technical teams;

** High level of responsibility

** Ability to work independently and as a team;

** Ability to work in a force majeure situation;

Will be considered an advantage:

** ITIL certificate will be considered an advantage.

** Knowledge of the Ukrainian language will be considered an advantage.
