Job conditions - Position title: Construction Supervisor - Work schedule: Full-time - Workplace: Kutaisi

Job description: - Supervise and plan the daily/weekly activities of the construction site; - Directly supervise all workers, coordinate labor and discipline to ensure that all activities are carried out qualitatively and in accordance with the customer's requirements for schedule, quality and value. - Ensure that all work is completed according to plan and safety rules; - Conduct corrective actions if the work process is incorrect; - Collaborate with the project manager to clarify the project plan and information request document. - Keep a daily construction journal; - Participate in the production of project documentation; - Inventory the construction site and ensure that the inventory is properly maintained and stored; - Actively monitor the construction site.

Qualification requirements: - Higher education in construction engineering; - At least 3 years of experience working on construction sites; - Experience working with formwork and shoring will be considered an advantage; - Experience working with office software is desirable; - Knowledge of reading construction drawings. - English language skills at a communicative level;

Personal qualities: - Detail-oriented, organized, with a sense of responsibility; - Ability to work in stressful situations and make quick decisions; - Ability to plan work and complete it on time; - Ability to fully manage the negotiation process; - Teamwork skills;
