Customs Broker

LLC "JSL Logistics", which is part of "JSL Group", is announcing a vacancy for a Customs Broker position.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 18:00, with a shift every fourth week from 12:00 to 20:00 (the work schedule will be specified in advance according to a pre-written schedule agreed upon in advance)

Work location: Tbilisi, airport adjacent territory (the company provides transportation services to the employee from the upper Samgori metro location)

Main responsibilities:

** Receiving, familiarizing with, and completing transportation and accompanying documentation for further processing;

** Checking the documentation to be submitted to customs and determining its compliance with existing legislation;

** In the case of cargo arriving at the terminal, receiving documentation from the freight operator for further customs procedures;

** In the case of aviation or automotive transit services, requesting documentation from the logistics supervisor, freight operator, or client and processing the documentation to ensure smooth and timely transit procedures;

** Transferring completed documentation to relevant personnel or the client to complete the service process;

Requirements:

** Higher education;

** At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position (desirable);

** Mandatory good knowledge of English and Russian languages;

** Knowledge of office computer programs at a user level;

Personal qualities and skills:

** Teamwork skills;

** Planning and organization skills;

** Attention to detail;

** Discipline;

** Effective communication and negotiation skills;
