English Speaking Call Center Operator

"Liderbet" - announces a vacancy for an English Speaking Call Center Operator position.

Main responsibilities:

** Respond to incoming phone calls; ** Respond to incoming online (Chat) assistance; ** Introduce company products and explain rules to customers; ** Work with product management panels; ** Process various data in company programs.

Main requirements:

** English language skills (verbal and written); ** Additional knowledge of Russian language (will be considered an advantage); ** Knowledge of office computer programs (MS Office); ** Knowledge of company products; ** Adherence to company service standards and rules.
