Construction Supervisor

The construction company LLC "Britania Development" announces a vacancy for a Construction Supervisor position in the city of Kutaisi.

Function/Responsibilities:

** Project supervision.

** Weekly control of the implementation of the calendar plan-graphic of work production in agreement with the Project Manager

** Planning, organization, and management of time, human, and material resources;

** Full management and control of construction and internal repair work processes;

** Quality control of work;

** Warehouse control

** Daily supervision of construction work, supervision of subcontractors and personnel;

** Detailed control of the work schedule of personnel employed on the site;

** Providing information related to the construction site to the administration if necessary;

** Control of compliance of construction with existing drawings.

Requirements for candidates:

** High sense of responsibility;

** Ability to read construction drawings;

** Maintaining productivity in a stressful environment;

** Attention to detail;

** Organizational skills;

** Ability to work in a team.

** Experience: Experience as a construction site supervisor and project manager qualification will be considered

Working week - from Monday to Saturday, working hours 8 (9) hours.

Remuneration is negotiable, taking into account the candidate's qualifications.
