"Azrovnis Akademia Kindergarten" is announcing a vacancy for an Educational Psychologist.

Main Responsibilities:

• Creating weekly thematic plans according to the syllabus;
• Developing an individual developmental plan by observing the child;
• Ensuring children's safety;
• Acting according to the pre-written daily schedule (feeding, sleeping, activities, etc.);
• Arranging the environment according to activities;
• Providing emotional and psychological support to children in daily activities;
• Fostering individual and team skills through play and communication;
• Preparing/adapting educational materials according to the weekly theme;
• Observing children's behavior and development, recording needs, and producing relevant records;
• Collaborating with colleagues to manage the group and plan activities;
• Facilitating children's adaptation in a peaceful environment;
• Daily communication with parents about the child's needs and development;
• Using play-based approaches;
• Collaborating with administration to plan and implement individual or group activities;
• Supervising compliance with mandatory hygiene rules;
• Posting information in the social space for parents daily;

Qualifications:

• Higher education in Psychology or Pedagogy;
• Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language, fluent speech.
• Knowledge of child's age-specific features.

Required Skills and Traits:

• Ability to communicate effectively with children;
• Ability to work individually and as a team;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Attention to detail.
