LLC "Autotechno" is a fast-growing company that supplies trucks and construction equipment. The company was founded in 2016 and is an official dealer of two giant Chinese brands, SINOTRUK HOWO and SHANTUI, in Georgia.

The company introduces the highest quality industrial autotechnical equipment to the Georgian market, including self-loaders, concrete mixers, bulldozers, excavators, loaders, etc. Its activities also include the sale of spare parts for existing brands and provision of warranty and post-warranty services for sold equipment, as well as current technical services.

"Autotechno" increases its sales volume by an average of 100% annually. According to official data for 2025, it holds 50% of the new truck market, which highlights its strength and success in the industry.

Position: Preseller / Sales Agent of Spare Parts for Heavy, Construction and Special Equipment

Location: Zestafoni (working area: Western Georgia)

Salary: 1800 GEL + bonus

Working hours: Monday - Friday: 10:00 - 18:00, Saturday: 10:00 - 14:00

Main duties:

• Visiting potential sites, companies, and construction/infrastructure projects across Western Georgia;
• Presenting, offering, and interesting clients with spare parts for heavy and special equipment;
• Conducting effective negotiations and establishing long-term cooperation;
• Receiving, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products;
• Actively searching for new partners and monitoring the market.

Requirements:

• Higher or professional education;
• Knowledge of English/Russian is desirable;
• B category driver's license - required;
• C category driver's license - considered an advantage;
• Personal vehicle (desirable);
• Work experience in sales, distribution, or related fields;
• Knowledge of heavy/construction equipment or spare parts (preferred).

Necessary personal skills:

• Effective communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills;
• Presentation and product demonstration skills;
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively;
• Result-oriented and high sense of responsibility.

Competition stages:

• Interview with the selection specialist;
• Interview with the direct supervisor;
• Test week.
