Service Manager

Restaurant "Mayis Ezo" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Service Manager.

We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and organized professional to lead the restaurant's service process, manage the hall team, and ensure high-quality service for our guests.

Key Responsibilities - Managing and controlling the daily service process of the restaurant; - Implementing, maintaining, and constantly monitoring high service standards; - Coordinating waiters, hosts, and other service staff; - Conducting team briefings before shifts and distributing tasks; - Controlling employee work discipline, appearance, and service standards; - Training new employees and teaching service standards; - Controlling the process of guest reception and seating; - Organizing service for reservations, groups, and special events; - Ensuring effective communication between the hall and kitchen; - Controlling the correct and timely delivery of orders; - Responding professionally to guests' special requests, comments, and dissatisfaction; - Managing and resolving problematic and conflict situations on the spot; - Monitoring guest feedback and constantly working to improve service quality; - Controlling the cleanliness, service, readiness, and overall visual condition of the hall; - Identifying and promptly eliminating service process shortcomings; - Providing management with information on important issues and results.

Qualification Requirements - Experience working in the restaurant service sector is required; - Experience in service management or a managerial position is required; - Knowledge of English is required; - In-depth knowledge of restaurant service standards and etiquette; - Ability to manage, control, and retrain a team; - Guest-oriented approach and ability to maintain high service standards; - High sense of responsibility and organization; - Ability to effectively manage problematic and conflict situations; - Ability to make quick and correct decisions in a busy work environment; - Good communication skills; - Attention to detail; - Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage.
